Who am I?

Design Your Zen is written by Cory Zanoni.

I’ve spent the last 20 years managing depression. In the process, I’ve built a fantastic family and friend group, forged a fantastic career, and made a life I love.

I’ve used techniques and frameworks from Buddhism (and a few other schools of philosophy) to do that. Now, I want to share them with you.

My promise to you

Here are my promises to you, as a reader of Design Your Zen:

  1. I’ll deliver every weekYou can count on me to deliver something worth your time on the regular.
  2. I’ll balance the philosophical and the practical. With Design Your Zen, you'll get actionable changes you can make to your life backed with theory to explain it all.
  3. I’ll keep things clear. Despite mentioning philosophy one second ago, don't fret: we won't be getting lost in the weeds. Everything will be plainly stated.
